Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Shri Radha Technologies, the company that operates QuePilot, covering your use of the product as a patient, doctor or clinic.

Service

QuePilot provides digital token booking and queue management. Clinical decisions remain with the doctor.

Tokens

A token reserves a place in the queue, not an exact time. Estimated waiting times are indicative.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your access credentials secure.

Fair use

Automated or bulk booking, and any misuse that disrupts a clinic's queue, may lead to suspension.
