Refund Policy
Doctors and clinics use QuePilot free of charge. Refunds apply only to the patient convenience fee and are processed by Shri Radha Technologies.
Eligible refunds
The convenience fee is refunded when a clinic cancels the session or the doctor is unavailable.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Not eligible
No-shows and cancellations made after the doctor has started the queue for your token.
