How to request
Request deletion from the app's account settings or by contacting support from your registered number.
What is deleted
Profile details, favourite doctors, notification preferences and booking history linked to your account.
What we retain
Anonymised queue statistics and records that clinics must keep to meet medical record obligations.
Timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed once finished.
