Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Cancelling a token frees the slot for another patient.
Patient cancellation
Cancel from the app any time before your token is called. Cancelling early keeps queues accurate.
Clinic cancellation
If a clinic cancels, every affected patient is notified immediately and the fee is refunded.
Rescheduling
You can move to the next available slot with the same doctor without paying again on the same day.
